She took me by surprise

It's one of those times which you wanna recall again and again. A moment that you feel is so picture perfect that is should have been framed but actually you are never able to pin point the exact event.

Something similar was the case for Raghav. He could never put his finger on weather it was the wedding of Rohan and Neha where they spent happy hours emptying the bar and still Raghav was unable to jock up courage to tell her how breath taking she looked in her Reddish pink lehenga which flowed down into gentle cream and the sparkling red chunri that held them together.

                                                                           Or

had they met at the birthday cum movie party of Zeba at the RK theater. Were they holding hands? Was even there seats close by? All those details were clouded in Raghav head but what he could remember was that the movie being played was about a young boy who falls in love with a girl in his neighborhood and could never express his feelings to her and she too in love with her kept waiting until it was too late and she got married. And when this guy turns 70 and decides to walk up to that girl and tell her that he loved her to his surprise he finds out that she was a widow and was still waiting for him. And finally they get married and live happily for what so ever was left of their lives. But remembering this was of no use.

                                                                           Or

it must have been the city mall where they would often cross each others path and one day decided to sit down and have a burger at Big Belly Burgers.

No sir riee Raghav was just incapable of chronological stratification. And how does it matters. What matters is there is love blooming like spring flowers between the two. Nothing else mattered to Raghav when it came to Aadya, owner of his dreams. She had a majestic look with her kajal black curly hair which would bounce around while she walked and no matter how messy Aadya addresses it Raghav always found it adorable. Her celestial beauty had a magnetic effect on him. He would feel drawn towards  the childish smile neatly inscribed from edge to edge. Her little bare ear lobes always made him playful when she rest her head at his shoulders. Aadya had an average height in agreement with the height of an average Indian woman but her thin built allowed to conceal that specially in traditional salwaar suit with heels.

Miss Aadya Kaushik recently turned 24 and graduated in B. Pharma as well. She had been hired by a Pharmaceutical company "Zoves" and was making a good time over it. With her reserved nature Raghav found it quite surprising to how she got through the interview but never the less was too happy and proud for her.

Even with an orthodox background Aadya was much fond of Raghav and with the passing of time it was really becoming difficult for her to open up to her parents about how they should abandon their search for a nice lad and give Raghav a chance whom she had already accepted as a life partner. Raghav completely understood her dilemma and supported her in every possible way except talking about the possible outcome and plan of action to hot to tackle their parents.

And today would have proceeded much differently if only he would have thought for a second before speaking.

"You forgot my mom's birthday?!!!" cried Aadya stepping out of her car. She was wearing a pink laced top with a royal blue jeans and black bellies to go along with her new black purse.

"No i didn't." defended Raghav
"Then why didn't you wish her?"
"aaa..coz...a aa.. i was ... hmmm ..... i was, planning a surprise. Yes, i was palnning a surprise birthday party for her tonight" came up Raghav with a  brilliant answer to save his ass. or So he thought.
